Indirect fired Water heater

Hi
I have indirect fired two 40 gallon GAS water heater tank and one of them is leaking. Now I am in process of making decision of replacing both tank with new one. I am looking for good comparision price vs efficiency of what is the best option.

Indirect Fired Gas Water Tank is costing me almost $1500 more than regular one. What should I do ?.

I talk to couple of contractor and everyone is asking me to stick with my existing configuration of indirect fired option.

I need outside opinion. It is really worth having this configuation ?. I am looking to have continuous water flow in two bathroom since in mornig we use both bathroom at the same time.

Also, what brand I should go for either Indirect or conventional water heater. I have GAS operated.

Thanks
