Gas Water Heater...Not enough hot water OR weak pressure....

I recently moved into a new house and I have Rheem gas water heater roughly 11 years old. I get plenty of hot water out of my faucets and shower heads, BUT...whenever I run water out for a bath, the pressure seems so much worse than everything else and by the time I barely have enough to think about getting in, the water gets cold and it's pointless.

So, I either do not have enough hot water and/or my pressure isn't as strong as it should be since it takes so long to flll the tubs and it gets too cold by the time that happens.

Any ideas what I can do to remedy this issue?

if the tub fill is on the same as the shower with the good pressure the selector/diverter might have a restriction .....is there an airator on the tub spigot remove it and wash it out?
