tankless water heater

i currently have a old tank water heater and i am looking at upgrading to a tankless water heater. ive been looking at eemax series 3 and series 4 staged heaters. i have a 1820sqft ranch style house, my current water heater is in the garage and is electric. my house has 2 baths, one at which is located completely on the other side of the house from the heater. will i notice any real difference between there series 3 and series 4 heaters? i like really hot showers. i also have a dish washer and a washer. thanks for your time

Before you get into a electric tankless water heater you may want to look at your electrical service. The series 4 I see draws 160 amps at full tilt. You may also have to check with your power company to see if their transformer that feeds your house/block can handle the additional load.

I don't think you are up grading if you go with an electric tankless heater.
If you are wanting to save money go with a gas unit.
