Hot Water Heater pilot light will not light after flooded basement

Unhappy Hot Water Heater pilot light will not light after flooded basement

after the basement flooded the hot water heater pilot light was out. i tryed to relight the pilot with no success i replaced the termalcouple. still it will not light is it possable to replace the pilot gas line?

Be careful what yer doing there... the water might have gotten into and damaged the gas valve. Sounds like something perhaps a technician would be better suited to diagnose?
