Hot water pressure drops when sprinklers run

When my outside sprinklers run, the hot water pressure to my upstairs shower seems to drop. I have to turn the mixer much hotter than normal to get the usual temperature. Why is that? Is there an easy fix?

Your sprinklers may be on the same line that feeds the WH...so when they turn on, they are reducing flow INTO the WH..thus reducing flow OUT of the WH.

It should affect all faucets equally if thats the case.

It may also have to do with your mixer if it a pressure balanced type...but I'm not sure how they function exactly.
