Pilot light troubles on water heater

Hot water heater works great from Sept to May. When outside temp starts to rise, heater comes on heats water to temp and then goes out. But then so does the pilot light. All summer I must relight the pilot every time we need hot water. Then come Sept. every thing works great all winter till May. If it was the t-coupler it would not work in the winter. This is the 4th year in a row I have had to do this. The heater is 5 or 6 yrs old.

What is the make and model of the heater?

Where is the heater located?

What appliances, if any are in the vicinity?
