New water heater, pipe on top leaking

Got a 75 gallon gas heater installed today. Just noticed a thin spray coming from the top where a pipe connects. I believe it is not the hot water pipe. Maybe pipe that brings water to be heated. Not a ton of water but misty spray. What should I do? Almost midnight here

Hello and welcome.

Glad you slowed the leak... Of course call the company that installed it to repair...

Let us know....
