Amtrol Boilermate issues

Hi, I have an Amtrol Boilermate 41, it is aprox 7 years old. We have a well to supply the unit. The pressure relief valve leaks after more than 15 minutes of using the hot water, it occurs at the end of cycle when the demand for hot water stops. I have flushed the unit 10 times in the past month, replaced the relief valve and replaced the expansion tank for the water supply ( the bladder inside the tank had collapsed). That caused the pressure to increase up to 80lbs. The tank is supplied by a slant fin boiler, it also supplies radiant heat for the basement and garage. Any suggestions or words of advice.

Hello and welcome...

What new expansion tank did you install? Did you set the pressure in the tank to the max cut out pressure of your well?

Seems odd as usually the well tank should take up the thermal expansion.

If its not going off from pressure possibly its temperature.. Is the water extremly hot? Possibly the t stat went bad...???
