Bradford white w/Honeywell valve reset procedure

Model # M1TW40S6FSX

Had a 4in flood in the basement and now I'm getting the 7 blink 'Flammable Vapor' error. I found a old thread on a reset procedure but I'm not sure if I'm doing it right or if it was relevant. This heater has two plugs going to the powervent from the tank.

Anyway, any ideas on a reset?

Actually more like 8 to 10 inches, but with the heater propped up I think it only took 4 or 6. Had a technician look at it and he toggled hot to cold several times to reset it.
