I need a advice thanks in advance
I am trying to install new kitchen cabinets as a pantry ,j have a baseboard that is on the way .
I am looking for solutions to do this right .
Can baseboard be under the cabinets ?
I did remove the covers to get cabinets to the wall

Welcome to the forums.
They can but they certainly don't work well under there.
If you need heat you can install a fan forced toe lick heater unit.
