Cant find Anode Rod on Aero RF 50 model.

Bumped onto anode rod replacement, didn't know it existed.

Now I know so it's a must do for me. Looked at bunch of you tube videos, seems pretty simple stuff. One problem, cant find one in my oil separate 50 gallon water heater. After taking cap off (flat cover), internal all covered with insulation. Feed tubes are coming from side and behind. Confuse if I need to remove insulation to get to anode rode on my model, cant find reference on manufacturers site. Any help would be great.

Welcome to the forums.

It appears to be under the top access cover...... pictorial part #4.
