Bradford White water heater loud blower fan

Since moving into my home I have thought that the water heater is excessively loud. There was a drain leak directly above the blower (has been fixed since). You can hear the water heater running almost in any room on the first floor. Is it supposed to be this loud? I imagine the water leaking on it over the years wasn’t good for it. I linked a YouTube video of the sound below.

It ended up being a bad blower. The replacement is much quieter - can only hear the airflow.

That water heater didn't look very old, was the blower under warranty?

The water heater was from 2006 so no warranty. Luckily I found the blower on eBay for only about $125. I think the previous owners did a good job cleaning up the water heater to hide the drain leak above it.
