Hot water heater elements

I have an older electric water heater and I think that I might need a new element, because the water does not stay hot as long as it use too. The problem is, I can't find the bolt on ones, only the screw ones. Where can I get the bolt on ones?

Maybe it's time to replace the unit.
Does it use two elements ?
Do you know which one is bad ?
Typically in a newer water heater.... if the top one was bad you would get 0 hot water.

Eastman four bolt element
Element adapter plate

The better quality water heaters always used to have bolt-in elements, but they gradually went away around 20 years ago. I'd just install an adapter plate so that any screw-in element will work.
