indirect stainless hot water tank if ph slightly above 8

Hi
pH of our water is slightly above 8
stainless indirect hot water tanks all seem to say pH to be 6-8
can we use stainless indirect tank if pH slightly above 8
which 80 g tank would be recommended

I don't know why not! I think slightly above 8 would be ideal. Where I live the ph is closer to the 10 to 11 range.

Need help identifying this valve on water heater

I am trying to replace my thermocouple for my water heater but the gas valve to the water heater is a weird one I have never seen before. I dont know which way itll turn if its meant to turn or what so i didnt want to try to loosen it yet. It looks like a switch. any help would be appreciated

Electric hot water tank or tankless?

Greetings. I have been searching for an answer to my slowly deteriorating hot water tank. It's electric, 120v, 19 gallon, and Rheem in brand. I have finally found a Reliance brand replacement. Rheem has discontinued the model I currently want to replace. I am also considering a tankless water heater. I can't seem to find a model online that is NOT point of use but a 120v. Has anyone found a non POU that runs 120v? I plan on installing it in a 2 bed room park model trailer. Thanks for any positive input.
