kinetico constantly regenerating
We have a kinetico model 60. It recently has started to regenerate constantly, at least the water drains constantly and have noticed a white powder residue left after the tub has drained. Any idea what this may be?

There is a phillips screw on the valve. Push it down slightly and turn clock-wise slowly until you hear a few clicks. The water will start to move, let it go. I will take about 40 minutes to complete.
