Leveredge Air Treatment System Gets No Power

I have the LeverEdge Air Treatment System - HVAC 511. And it is getting no power. I have replaced the transformer that it is connected to but that didn't do anything. It seems like it is not pulling power. Is there anything that I can do to make it work? It came with the house so I don't have any experience with it.

Yea, this forum is listed as an air and water filter forum but rarely does anyone come on to discuss air products.

Kinetico Quad 50; why do i still have hard water spots?

Hello, i've had a kinetico quad 50 for the past 3 years. I bought this softener from the local kinetico dealer. However, our water is hard. Now i know the chlorinator works because i had Rainsoft come out and test my water for free. The dechlorinator is definitely working but the softener portion is not. This tells me that there is a problem with the salt cleaning. Now i know the softener does clean itself because i hear it come on ocassionally, but the water never feels soft after the cleaning cycle completes. We go through a bag of salt probably every month and a half, or 2 months at the most. We are a family of two adults and two kids. Anyone have any tips for me to troubleshoot with? i think i should be focusing on the bring tank but not sure what i should be looking for. Any help is greatly appreciated!Read More
