Water treatment problem, flooding my yard
I just moved into a house on 5 acres in Palm Beach Gardens Fl
Well water was a bit brown so I called a guy out, he cheerfully charged me $400 to rebed my filter and something else which I did not understand, plus refill the salt, water is still brown so not sure what he did
anyway main problem I have is that there is a hose that runs from my water treatment tanks that seem to be pumping water many times a day, the yard is waterlogged and not sure how to stop this from pumping every hour or so for random amounts of time
I would welcome any advice, if I need to change any of the equipment, I will, just want a point before I call someone and get ripped off again
pictures below

thanks in advance

The systems are only suppose to run water to the drain in the middle of the night. If hear or see water flowing to the drain, the systems may not be set up properly. They are old and you may look into replacing them instead of fixing but that's your call
