RO question

I have a question about installing a RO. My sink has a spray bar. I wanted to disconnect it and hook my RO up to that spot. Would it work? That would mean I wouldn't need to modify the copper pipe or place a new hole in the sink.

I'm not sure what you mean by modifying the copper pipe but it's possible the faucet could go there assuming the size is [email protected]

Make sure you can remove the sprayer hose from your faucet. Most are not designed to be used without it so you'll have to come up with a way to cap off the sprayer hose fitting.

I agree that blocking off the spray supply hose could affect the cold water flow.
You could block it off and if affected may mean you need to replace the faucet.
Likely worth it if you don't need a sprayer.
I personally find that a pull out srayer on the arm is a much better sprayer than a side mounted one.
This could be an opportunity to update your sink and a small added cost to the purchase and maintenance of an RO unit..
