Well Water pH Neutralizer
I'm looking to purchase a well water pH Neutralizer, and there's a lot of different options out there.
So first off, my pH is somewhere between 5.3 (from the lab) and 6.2 (in home test by water treatment company). Hardness is around 6 grains.
If I use a calcite system, I'll want to add a softener. If I use a soda ash injector, I may skip the softener.
With a calcite neutralizer, do I need one of the more expensive models with backflush capability? What are some systems you guys would recommend? I.E. Pelican, Aquasana, etc...

Fleck 5600 SXT and media tank depending on flow rate. The media tank should have a dome hole so that you can put more media in.
This set up would be the simplest.
The valve would go through a cycle say every 4 days to keep the bed mixed.
Soda ash injection works, but mix soda ash and put in tank, then there is the pump, and a mixing tank.
