Water flow

I have a water filtration system flow issue. The prior owners of the house installed the system. I am guessing I need to replace a cartridge or something, but not sure what brand. For about 5 seconds of water flows just fine, but it slows down significantly after that. Furthermore, not sure about the quality of the system and if it would make sense to replace it all. Any thoughts you can share would be greatly appreciated.

Often the filter cartridges are not brand specific. Take a measurement of your cartridges and search for them online. I've used at least three different brands of filters in my whole house filter.
