Pelican Filter/Softener/UV light install

Cannot reach Pelican support.
Does anyone have experience installing the Pelican Wholehouse filter/softener systems?
Have a question about the pre-soak of the carbon filter. Soak for 48hrs, then do the flush?
Thanks

Welcome to the forums.

Allow the carbon tank to soak for a minimum of 48 hours prior to installation. !
Do not perform the Carbon Flush until the Carbon Soak process is complete.

Is that part you're questioning ?
Yes.... soak for 48 hours and then flush.
They don't want you to flow water thru the filter into the house until the carbon soak process and flush are completed.
