AIO iron removal filter

I picked up a free used filter tank and control head. Now I am wondering if I can convert it to what I need to make an iron and sulphide removal filter. Currently it is a Pentair 1040 tank, with a fleck 4650 control head. Could I convert this to a fleck 2510 and add the proper media to make this an AIO filter? What would I need to put into the tank? Does any other media set on the bottom of the tank? Is this a 1 cu ft filter?

Conversion to AIO tank

Yes, probably. Consider the connection to the system, it might require new or changing the connection as the height of the system will most likely be different. The parts are available online as well through water systems parts companies. Depending on the iron levels, you may be OK with sand on top of a gravel support bed. AIO is excellent for simple oxidation of sulfur smells as well as low levels of iron.
