Pic's are great indeed, but also a nightmare for dial up users who just want the text. I suggest a separate forum topic called 'Pictures'. Post a pic in there for any forum topic, then refer to the picture in your forum post. That method is how the newsgroups handle pictures in the woodworking groups where everyone is showing off their projects apart from their text post. At first it seemed inconvienient, but I soon learned to appreciate it.

attachments vs actual image
Attachments aren't allowed on the forums anymore. To disable this feature, they limited an attachment to 2 bytes. One of those smileys (
) is 347 bytes LOL and its only a semi colon and a closing parenthesis.
Images have to be either linked to or shown by using html coding. I agree with linking to a picture as opposed to actually showing the picture in the post due to some viewers being on dialup. This way they can choose to view the picture when able to connect at a higher speed, or opt not to view the picture at all due to very slow connections.
The way to link to a picture requires that the picture be stored on a webserver. This can be a personal homepage (make sure your provider allows linking from outside sources), free webspace, or your own website.
An example for a circular saw (animated) could be ~ the .xxx can be either a .jpg or .gif depending upon your pictures extension ~:
THIS IS WHERE THE UNDERLINED TEXT WILL BE
clicking this link will show you an animated circular saw picture
And if you know html imaging code you can just go ahead and load the picture within the message. Example:

"Police! Help thief!...oh wait...Hi Weldgod! Never mind, its okay its my friend Weldgod...."
Okay, I never faired well during my writing stint. That, is painfully obvious!
Your pic is definitely more suited to this forum! I just grabbed a pic that I could remember the name, and where its actual location was on my site LOL.
I could have used this one:
Reminds me of...me. Some kind of motherly, goofy cute, maybe has a little wisdom byrd, oops bird. The bags under the eyes=4 children, (i'm tired and my brain is sagging
