Argon/O2 gas regulator settings?

Whats the average starting point to set a regulator to ? I searched, but I was supprised that no one else had already asked...

After welding 4 rolls of flux-core, gas welding its 100X better/easier/cleaner !!
not bad for a beginner

Sorry but links don't work.

My Miller recomends 20 cfh for all gases, I think yours would be similar.

Is there no manual with your HF machine?

Honestly the hurricane blew it away ( really ), but I'm sure I couldn't found that out somewhere else, but this is pretty easy too.
