oxygen & acetylene

I have a full bottle of acetylene & oxygen 75/25 mix what i want to know is can i use this bottle of gas with a " propane torch only" to heat up a piece of metal.
Bottle of gas is just sitting not being used one of the big bottles.I bought this for mig welding but all my welding is outside so i always use the flux core wire.
Thanks for you advice.

I would say "no" you cannot use oxy/acetylene in a propane torch.

Well, you must mean 75/25 argon/CO2 mix for mig welders.
Oxygen and acetylene are for welding and are sold in individual cylinders.

The reason you can not use argon and/or CO2 for combustion is that the job shielding gasses do is shield the weld from air
It is meant to shield metal fusion from the air and will not support or create combustion.
