Does anyone know where to buy a Y-connector, in chrome, with a 45 angle for pipes M10/10mm?

I found a 90 deg. brass fitting, here:
m10 10mm tee piece brake clutch t 3/16" pipe Metric | eBay

What's your application- is this plumbing?

It's for a lamp, so not plumbing.
So it should contain a 45 degree angle and hopefully be in chrome.

I'm looking for a way to join multiple pipes, as shown on this image: [url]http://slojd.org/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/feast_bord_mhl-6web.jpg[/url] I'm doing a home project, a furniture, where I need to combine multiple pipes as shown on the image. I've tried to Google a lot after a solution, but without any luck. Can someone point me in the right direction of a solution for this problem?

i have a 25mm hole in 4mm steel that needs to be at least 28.5mm, is there a tool for this ?, i have a drill press, thats how i got the 25mm hole drilled, i would say thats about max for it though, thinking a hole rreamer or something like this.
