What tool should i use to Carve aluminum sheet to a coin slot
What tool should i use to cut an aluminum sheet and turn it into a perfect rectangular size for coin slot insertion?
I am not even sure if i use an aluminum sheet for this, if there is any other suitable material , then please don't hesitate to recommend me another.
I have zero background in welding. Not sure about metalworking though.

Welcome to the forums.
You mention "coin slot insertion" which raises a red flag.
Normally a punch or a punch and die is used to punch out the desired slug.
What you ultimately use will depend on how accurate you need to be and how many you need.
The thickness of the slug usually dictates the material used.
