Looking for an adhesive only good enough to withstand a powder coating oven
there is a notch in my metal that I do not want to have powder coated so I'm going to put a same-sized piece of metal to fill that gap so the gap does not get powder coated.
but then afterwards want to be able to pull it out.
the harbor freight krayzee glue is too strong, whenever I use that to secure metal on metal i need a lever to separate the piecesany recommendations? thanks

Huh......
Powder coating is dipping or applying paint powder and then baking in an oven.
Why not just scrape the paint off where you don't want it.
OR.... put a piece of tape on the metal, powder coat it and then pull the tape before baking.
