Do you need to clean a powder coating gun if you're always using the same color?
Is the air spraying to clear out the old powder so the remains of the old color don't mix with the new color or will the old powder actually crust up in the passageways?

I was under the impression that the powder should at least be removed and blown out after using to keep from clotting from moisture.
