Pulling a submersible pump

My 4" Grundfos pump has died (after 15 years), it needs replacing and I'm thinking of doing it myself. Would appreciate any ideas or suggestions. It's all galvanized pipe and set at 252'. Am going to add two new sections and put it at 292'.

If you don't have a pump hoist or a crane, I wouldn't advise it. That's a lot of weight and one slip might deep six the pump forever.
