low pressure

I installed a new bladder tank and no water will go into it. I have water in the house but the pump cycles constantly when I use water. The water prussure will be there (not much though) then it will go to a trickle and come back. I think it might have something to do with the psi in the tank. when the pump is not running the tank has 32psi.

Good morning. Recently purchased a home with a well. Do not know much about it unfortunatly. Last night, was doing laundry and heard the well pump shut off. Checked faucets and had no water. Primed the pump and got pressure back, but the water was dark (muddy), smelled bad and there was a lot of sediment in the water. A lot of air in the lines as well. This morning, water was clearer, still some air in the lines as if there is not constant water in the lines. Found no leaks under the house or in the house. Searched the yard as well and found no standing water indicating a break in the lines. Anyone have any ideas on what might have caused this problem? Was told that possibly the water table has dropped due to lack of rain in our area the past few months. Could this also be a possibility and if so, what do we do to resolve? Thank you!
