Longer water pump cycles

Lately our water pump seems to be taking longer than usual to fill the pressure tank. Cut-in is 30psi and cut-out is 60psi. The pressure tank shipped at 38psi.

I've never looked to see what the pressures were, so I don't know whether the pressures have changed somehow or if the pump is slowing down. All help appreciated. Thanks.

Most, but not all, pressure tanks leave the factory with about 40 pounds of air in them. They are then adjusted in the field when installed.
You differential between cutin and cutout should be 20 psi, not 30.
If the cutin is set at 30 psi, the precharge in the tank should be lowered to 28 psi, which is done with the pump off and tank drained completely.
