Put in a new pressure switch, too.
The pump will come with instructions. You will have to prime. To prime, fill up the pump body and (this is where people mess up) the pipe back to the check valve. Then start the pump. Wrap your hand around the body and when it starts to warm up (after about 30 seconds or so) if no go, then do it again.

But this should be fully explained in the pump manual.

Likewise, the tank will come with instructions.

Read and follow the instructions before you even start.
