Wellmate Pressure Tanks

Can anyone recommend or not recommend a Wellmate pressure tank? I see them at Lowe's but don't know the quaility.

I've had one in my house for about 1 1/2 yrs. So far so good no problems.

I think Wellsaver is the generic brand of the Well-X-Trol. Good tank!

Sewage pump not shutting off - sometimes

Our basement has a 3ft deep, 21 in diameter sewage basin containing a Pentair SP40A1 pump and a Pentair diaphragm switch. Both are 1.5 yrs old. It used to run for about 5-10 seconds to empty. Now it runs 20-30 seconds, or I usually unplug it after a minute or so. There is usually 1 inch or so of water in the basin. Where do I start to try to diagnose what's wrong? Thanks!

How often should my septic system be cleaned? I usually have it pumped every year or so and chemicals added by cesspool company. Recently, I was told that the system should not be pumped annually and that it should only be aerated. I haven't had it aerated in a long time. I put chemicals down the toilet periodically. What is the proper care? I live in New York on Long Island.
