replace pressure tank?
I am unable to get my well pump to prime. I find no leaks in suction line, replaced foot valve. Should I consider a bad pressure tank.

Welcome to the forum.
A bit of info about your system would help. What type of pump do you have (jet pump, submerged, well or lake feed, etc)?
Photos are also a great thing to help us see what you are working with.

I agree, more info would be a big help.
A way to ensure that your suction pipe to the well is actually priming is to remove it from the pump, move it so the pipe is vertical and fill it with water.
You will know that the line is holding water if the level stays at the top of the pipe.
Another possibility is that if the suction pipe has been emptied of water to replace the foot valve there could be an air lock and you do not have a solid column of water to the foot valve.
Opening the discharge line from the pump so there is no pressure and repeatedly priming could clear the line.
If this has happened before you could pipe in a garden hose fitting at the pump to make this easier and less messy.
This problem has nothing to do with your pressure tank.
