deep well pump

I had a plumber put in a new deep well pump that is a Double-Drop Jet-Pump System but I had to do the pipes in the well myself it is an old well I have two pipes in the well and I think there is no leaks I heated up the pipe to fit better and put the apoxy sticks around them to make sure there is no leaks, I get water to the house but the pump well not fill the tank or keep pressure it is a. I think I am getting the vacuum cause water is comes to the pump in the house but will not fill the tank of keep pressure, What if any thing can I recheck or do to get water again.

is the jet assembly down at the bottom of the 2 pipes in the well new also? whats the precharge psi in the tank when empty?

if the jet nozzle is clogged down in the well, pump wont build higher than about 28 psi.
