Pipe clogged from French Drain to Sump Pump? with pic

Hey everyone,
Thanks for the help in advance. I recently was the victim of water coming into my basement from the exterior basement access steps. At the bottom of those steps, there is a drain. There is a 4" in diameter pipe (estimating 5 feet in length) that runs from that drain, under the basement door, and into the sump pump well. I think it's clogged. Here is an UPSIDE DOWN pic of the pipe, looking from the sump pump well towards the outside drain. In the pic, the bottom is the top, etc. Need help

Looks like someone used steel or cast iron pipe and something has shifted so the pipe is no long lines up.
It should have been PVC not steel.
May have to dig it up to fix it.
Got a picture of the location where it is?

But water from outside should still run freely in there. I'm worried about those rocks being a clog.

It looks like those rocks are outside the pipe or at least what is visible in the picture. Have you tried running a snake through the drain? If it's only 5' long it should be easy to clear if it is clogged. More difficult is a permanent fix for the settling pipes.
