Liberty 370 Pump
Hello all, I believe I've come to the right place to ask my questions. I believe that my septic pump has ceased working. It's the the basement of my house and it serves for a kitchen sink and a full bath. Pumps up about 8 feet total. I've unplugged the pump from the float and only plugged in the pump and I'm not getting a hum or a tripped breaker or anything. It is possible that there is an obstruction in the impeller and if so, how would I go about cleaning that out. I'm new to pumps. I didn't know if there was a way to even perform a "reset" on the pump if it ceased working. The basin is completely full of water and beginning to slightly back up into the tub downstairs. Any help would be appreciated!

Welcome to the forums.
That IS a problem.
Did you actually confirm that the outlet had 120vac power ? Try plugging in a power tool or table lamp or some appliance.
There is no manual reset on the pump motor.
If the motor were frozen..... when you put the plug in.....shield the receptacle from the light and you should see a spark as you insert the prongs.
