Seal around septic tank outlet and leach field cleaning questions

I replaced part of the pipe going to my leach field. Should I seal around the pipe itself with "black tar"?
I also have followed the thread related to leach field clean out and have some questions about using the hydrogen peroxide to clean out my laterals. I put a clean out about 12" from the septic tank leading out to the leach field, it slopes a little bit (maybe 5-10 degrees); can I just pour the peroxide (27% liquid) in, and do I need to flush it with water after pouring?
How long can I wait before using a product like Septic Seep to break up clay soil? I also was able to get a clean out on my last lateral, should I pour a gallon of peroxide in it also?
If this question is asked in the wrong area, please redirect me to the proper one.
Thanks,
Tom Morton

I would just pour the peroxide in each lateral and see what happens... Ideally you want to jet the laterals to get the bio mat out then treat with peroxide..

IMO I would not waste money on septic seep.... Been there done that....

But in reality if you have a anaerobic system you want to make it aerobic and thats hard to do with laterals...
