My Well water cutting off

Ive had some other issues with my Heat Pump but got it squared away for now..

NOW TONIGHT I flush the tolit and when filling up it makes load noise of water going in the tank, I cut the water on in the sink and its sputtering and then NO WATER.. I open up the tub and no water.. In about 15 min I cut the water on and its coming out a little. Then 5 min its all back to normal..
In my 20 years of living here in this house I never had this before..

Wife then tells me when she was in the shower I lost hot water then no water pressure it went real low.. Then came back to normal.
Is it my well switch or pump going out???

One of the well pros should be along this morning, but it would help if you added a short description of your water supply setup.

As the tow guy said, post some details, and someone will be able to take you more in depth. And yes, it could be indicative of the pressure switch, pump, tank, or something like that failing. On the other hand, being random and short duration, I would first consider things like a partially frozen line or plugged filter, if anything like those are possibilities.

Without knowing anything more about your system water that quits and comes back some time later sounds like the well running out of water. The pressure tank will not cause you to get no water so that's about the only thing we can cross off the list without knowing more.

The sputtering and cloudy water both could be symptoms of the well running dry. Can't do much more than guess until you tell us more about your system.

Okay, so you approximate your well at about 30' deep. How far from the house is the well? Is your pump down in the well? That would be a submersible. Can you hear the pump when it is running? Or is your pump nearwe the ground surface, like in your basement, crawl space, pump house, or a pit? Where is your tank? Can you post a picture of the components that you can see? Have you had any freezing temperatures this week?

I pulled my switch up looked at it, I saw some black around one of the contacts.
I took this pic I went to town got a switch. Showed the man his pic he told me
this black on the contact I think is your problem other next it brown getting black.
I bought this one a put it on. So far so good.. I checked on a pump I had a propeller break off and found small parts in my contact switch and put a new one on yesterday...
He told me with my 4ton Water Source I need to get a 1 1/2 pump and install it.
I still got ok water pressure except for this here happening what caused the switch to get black?? here is pic of the switch and where my WELL sets

I click on Attach and then click Browse click on the pic but there is no upload. There is one below and another below that that says upload but I tried both but no pic...
Anyway its all working now and I Thank you very much for helping me
