Water is coming into sump pump continuously & running every 30 - 45 seconds to get the water out. We did have this problem early in the summer & had new pipe installed in a good section of our yard to fix found clogs. Seemed to help for awhile. Water is currently successfully draining into a creek behind our house, so we know it is working. We have a huge yard, 2 acres. I have called the Water Authority to come out & they will next week. We have had no rain & we are dry around our house. Can anyone help?

Welcome to the forums.
Normally each problem is on a case by case basis. Your water problem is more than likely different from the original poster as we are talking about two completely different sets of properties.
You and he do share one common issue and that is a nearby creek. If your property is at or below the creek level you will always get water.
