Weak water pressure?

Ive noticed lately that the water pressure in the house isnt a powerful as it had been and this it at every faucet. Also seems like the water pump needs to run longer to reach cutoff pressure. I have a well pump in the basement. Could the pump be getting weak or could there be a blockage somewhere? Please tell me how and where to check.

Do you have a pressure tank in the system? If so, switch off pump, dump pressure and check pre-charge on the tank.
