HELP! Cistern leak trouble

In desperate need for some help. I have an underground cistern, around 2000 gallons that is our source of water for our house. Recently I have aquired a serious leak. Yesterday I drained the entire cistern and could not find a crack. There is a "seam" where the 2 sections of cistern come together, I sealed the seam with hydraulic cement. Today I refilled the cistern and it is still leaking from somewhere. What product can I use to coat the cistern? I need to figure this out asap, as this is our water source. We cannot go without water

Muddy water when rains heavy

I have a well (about 40 feet deep) that gets muddy a few hours after a heavy rain. I plan on getting it fixed in the future, but I would like to work around it right now. It only happens every once in a while so I don't mind replacing filters.

Well pump control box rated higher than pump

I recently replaced my well pump control box. Then our well silted in and we had to do an emergency redrill and the new well hit water at a much shallower level (we live in the mountains so no water table). We were running a Franklin 2HP 5GPM pump, we now have a Franklin 3/4HP 5GPM pump. Can I use this new 2HP control box to run the 3/4HP pump? I know the capacitor is bigger and it is a two capacitor control rather than a single...but will it hurt anything?
