reduced flow irrigation system

i use city water for my irrigation system. All zones are good except one. The flow starts off pretty good but in 10 minutes has reduced to a dribble. I've checked all connections and sprinkler heads and they are OK. It's city water so not a pump issue. Any suggestions? Could it be a bad valve?

Since it's only affecting one zone I would look at the valve. Open it up and see if there is any debris that might be plugging the orifice in the diaphragm.

That fixed it. I didn't see any debris but I blew it out and it works great now. Thanks for the advice.
