Well Mate Pressure Tank Leaking
Hello all newbie here hoping I can get some help.
I have an 27 yr old Well Mate WM-12WB pressure tank that is leaking water from the top through what looks like a white clip. It is not leaking from the air valve, nor is there any water coming out of the air valve when I release some air from it. In my research I thought that I had a leaking bladder but now I'm not so sure. any advise would be appreciated.

I see one pic. I see the air fill valve and I guess that round black plastic piece protects it.
I don't see a white clip.
It's not a leaking/ruptured air bladder but the bladder does have to seal to the tank. There is some type of rubber seal between the fill valve and the tank.

approx 1"above and below the air valve is a clip/tab, the water is leaking out of the bottom one fills the cup around the air valve then runs down the side

Looks to me like the mouth of the bladder (which is like a bag) is gathered around the Schrader valve (air valve) and is inserted into the tank via a hole almost as large as the cup. THe two white clips extend inside on the wet side of the bladder to keep the entire bladder and cup assembly from blowing out of the pressure tank when the pump is turned on.
If you can seal the leak with something like J.B. Weld (tm) you may solve the problem for the time being.

I can’t see the clip in the pic but does it have something to with this? Looks like it might. Seems like the Air Cell is the bag - maybe? (here’s the link anyway if relevant-
