Jacuzzi/Franklin RM2 pump noise

We're using a Jacuzzi/Franklin RM2 pump as a pressure pump. It says Jacuzzi on the label but Franklin must have bought them.
Anyway, we suffered a pipe brake and the water supply was shut off before the pump. The pump made a loud sort of ratcheting noise but ran for only a few seconds before shut off.
Now, when activated the pump whines but the whining stops just before shut off. Attached is a pic of the sound graph of the noise.
You you can listen to an mp3 of the sound and see a parts schematic here: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/32rwismzh...PBd0R9N4a?dl=0
Recommendations appreciated

That sounds like a seal gone bad. They use ceramic seals and they don't like to be run dry. The link below is the manual for your pump. They list the seals but I think I'd get the overhaul kit for it.

Thank you. Any idea if I can get an overhaul kit online. My local (rural) "dealer" options are very unresponsive.

I found a parts schematic that includes the Impeller Kit and Overhaul Kit.
Also located local supplier but both kits are special order and cannot be expected for a week.

So far, the pump noise is consistent in pattern and volume and is capable of producing require pressure, so I'm hoping we can brass it out for a week.

Thank you again
