Well casing not plumb...
I had a well drilled for my home three years ago. It was drilled with a cable rig, 5 5/8" bore, 25 feet of galvanized casing. Depth is about 90 feet, all limestone bedrock except for 25"-30" of cover soil.
I noticed the well casing is not plumb. I believe the casing to be about 1.5 degrees off vertical.
Is that amount enough to be of any concern? I'm wondering about wire/pipe abrasion, shortened pump life, etc.

You can't change it so it really doesn't matter. You are stuck with whatever angle your well is. Also, how confident are your measuring? I hope you aren't freaking out because you used your cell phone as a level.
No, a non vertical well doesn't cause problems. If you are concerned there are plastic standoffs you can put on your well pipe and wiring to keep it centered in the pipe.
