can you read this city sewer map?

Hello.
My main sewer has been backing up water.every time it happens i get a guy with a snake to open it. this time i got a guy with a camera. it turned out at the neck where my main sewer meets the city sewer,it's off and the water is not flowing correctly.
I went to my city's building department and pulled a sewer map. they're not helpful, they actually gave me a large book of maps to find it myself.

Anyway, i have no clue what it means. I'm trying to find out how deep is the sewer and is it in my yard or beyond the fence at my neighbor's.
Can someone help please?
Most appreciated.
ps: i did not make these marks, but my house happens to be the rectangle with that black dot alike.

Looks like a 9" diameter pipe, laid at 621.32 feet above sea level.
There's an access point on the left, the sewer drains to the right and runs 304 feet 10 inches @ 0.30% percent slope to the next access point, where the pipe is at 620.41 feet above sea level.

Also looks like the pipe is just inside the property line.

You can usually get rough height data from google maps. You MIGHT be able to spot the manhole/cleanouts in google maps, and then draw a line between them to roughly locate them relative to the fence.

The access point is a manhole. I'm not sure how the city map can help you.
Your plumber could mark the point where your line meets the city sewer line.
I'd imagine the repair may be your responsibility.
