Cracked Concrete Well

I have a hand dug well at my house. I think they called it an artisan well? Could be mistaken. Regardless the well is a large concrete cylinder in my backyard. There is a long crack in it at about surface level and it extends underground about 12 inches. It is large in width just a small crack however water slowly leaks out of it creating an endless puddle around the area that never fully evaporates. I'm concerned it will continue to get bigger each winter until it eventually just splits entirely. Any advice on how best to repair the crack? This is my drinking water so any solution would have to result in the water still being potable. I do have a series of sediment filters and a uv filter that the water passes through after entering the house.

I think the product you want is Hydroplug. There are probably others that are similar.
