pump runs a lot
My well pump starts up every couple minutes. I can't find any leaks or dripping. What could cause this?

Welcome to the forums.
Do you have a way from isolating the house from the well ?
If you do..... turn that off so that everything in the house can be eliminated.
Then, Like Marc pointed out, you could have a defective check valve or foot valve at the bottom of the well.

You have a leak somewhere. It could be down in the well, in the line between well and house or if you have pipes in or underneath a slab it can leak unnoticed under the floor. A leaky foot valve is sorta common on systems with the pump above ground but I have never had a bad check valve on a submersible pump.

Thanks Guys! I was told to turn off the power, close the main valve, drain the pressure tank, and check the bladder air pressure. I found that there was no pressure at all. I was then told to bring it up to 12 psi. I did all that and now everything seems to be normal. It's been a couple days now so I think I got it. Thanks again!

Bladder pressure should be the about the same (within a pound or 2) as the ON (low) setting of the system pressure switch.
